RC Kul do include lounge service for elite members and upgrade to Suite. Actually the hotel is v big and generous to Marriott members. But officially RC brand is not offer for lounge breakfast.

But seems MY markets are not so many people in discuss and this RC I think is underrated while some other RCs are overrated.
