A travel agent using Sabre might be able to do it. I tried it once in 2019 and was successful. The redemption ticket needs to be handled by CX first, then the Sabre agent can enter the CX segments as GK (Ghost Confirm) and then put the revenue segment in the same PNR. A TA wouldnt be able to take control of the CX issued ticket inorder to force in another segment. What purpose would these even serve anyway other than perhaps protection on onward services? The GK segment might be on the PNR, but it certainly wouldnt be on the etkt.
No airline allows redemption and cash fares in the same PNR unless it is a 'points plus pay' type of fare. There is no technical way around it.
Sorry OP, book separate tickets and leave enough time between them.
