We're flying to LAX to LIR on Monday. My wife and son are on First class but they still don't see an option to pre-order. I'm on coach and I see an option to pre-order. The odd thing is, on the way back on SJO-LAX, all 3 of us will be on first (10 days from day) but we don't have the option to pre-order. It seems that this route doesn't provide that option on First Class. Is that normal? I booked both flights using AA miles, so maybe it's related to that?
