Doesn't it though? The one advantage of cold meals is that you can present them well. That looks perfectly boring. I should not say this but all meals in J on Air France Europe are cold. There is no choice so the of that one needs to be aware - but I assure you that everything that they served me was delicious and the wines are excellent. One such meal was salmon with lentils - it was excellent but I can hear the wails of "I don't like/can't/won't eat fish from here,
