Looking at Halifax in August, options are 223 and 73M
I'd take the 223. the width difference is in the aisle and armrest and is not significant. You can drop the outboard side of the J seats at both the aisle and window for extra room when meal service is over. Also, J Lav in the 223 is larger/more comfortable, and only shared with 12 pax, vs 16 pax in the 738.
