5/19 SM sent to Chase:
On 5/11, I requested my points be redeemed for cashback. As of today, that deposit has not appeared in my [bank name redacted] account (XXXX). That checking account has been linked to my Chase accounts for many years and, in the past, deposits happened in 2 to 3 business days. But not this time. It's been about 5 business days. Can you see if there's a problem and reply to me? Thanks, RNE P2.
