In the past, we sent Drink Coupons as a way to surprise our loyal Rapid Rewards Members, and Customers can redeem unexpired Drink Coupons for alcoholic beverages on flights 176 miles or more, if inflight conditions permit. While we’re not currently sending Drink Coupons, should we choose to do so in the future, a Member must be “opted in” to receive them. You can change your preferences by logging in to your account on Southwest.com. Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. From here, you can click on the "View My Preferences" box or scroll to the bottom section of the page. Next, select “Travel” from the menu options listed within the “My Preferences” section and you’ll see two boxes—“Airport” and “Extras.” Select “Extras” and click on the “Edit” button to change your Drink Coupon preferences.
