Thanks!! That doesn't sound too encouraging! When you say "get it resolved", does it mean that they ended up honouring the BP indicated luggage inclusion? I will hope/try to travel HBO though likely with a small cabin suitcase so if there is any issue it would be good to know if you were able to have them consider the BA etix allowance! Thanks again!
