As an aside I used platinum to upgrade to JFK in a couple of weeks. Was assigned 2K. One of the few without aisle access. Someone said messenger was good for queries and changes. Dummy booking shows 7 aisle seats still free. Went on messenger. Was told to wait while they transferred me. They work 24/7 so they say.
