Not just their regional services. Last summer BA sent me on an adventure to SEA via DUB, due to a missed connection. The roller bag I had for in the cabin that fit fine in the A319/A320 from ZRH-LHR and LHR-DUB was too big to fit in the stow bin on the A330. Fortunately, just pulling a few things out and putting them in another stow bin helped. That was in J where there were a few empty stow bins. Y would have certainly been a different and less pleasant adventure.
