Considering the market, I can’t imagine it would make sense to stay here unless the rates are around USD 50-75
The location is close to the Indra Square Shopping Mall, that has a large Indian tourists' clientele, and most small clothing stores from the provinces come shop at the Platinum Fashion Mall.
Those might be the type of guests that they are hoping for.
