Our stay is for November. I know Hyatt doesn't require hotels to take point reservations prior to opening, but HR Irvine is accepting them that far out at least.
Probably because Hyatt Corporate owns the property directly.
I expect them to flip it quickly with a long term management agreement. They clearly wanted this one back in the chain.
