I went from EXP => PP this year. Still call the EXP line number that gets answered. I have had varying wait time, ranging up to more than an hour (call-back), but often pretty short. Might be getting shunted to a non EXP operator based on my phone# and crosschecking my status, but the EXP # still works for me.
