I went near the GE machines(no line) and there was an officer guiding people who had any issues with GE (like a X on receipt - so I just spoke to him)
My situation was a bit different. I had a new 797/stamp but the old stamp in GE had not expired and I had another INTL trip coming up in couple weeks - so even if I used GE and if it gave me an incorrect I94, I could have fixed it at my next entry.
