Ordered the seared short rib, but as you can see the sides accompanying the protein was completely different. Instead of potatoes and carrots, it was bok choi with Asian noodles. The beef tasted a lot like Korean BBQ / kalbi, but was very difficult to eat because it was nuked to the point that it was basically beef jerky.
I skipped the dessert cart in favor of sleep, but the egg tarts were out in the galley as a snack and were very good.

Your menu indicates it is for USA to Australia route, which may be why the mismatch in sides.
