Hmm, seems reasonable to be skeptical, but it looks like they have your reservation information, so unless it was a system hack, it seems likely this is in fact coming from Bellagio. I'd maybe check the 702-693 telephone extension and the [MENTION=551470]Bellagio[/MENTION]resort.com email domain on Bellagio's website, and of course get in writing that the transfer is complimentary. Certainly other FHR hotels offer transfers as the special amenity (though not typically in LAS, and usually one-way from the hotel to the airport).
