This is the second recent case, see upthread for this. You now need to (a) ring CEDR during office hours to say payment has not been received and (b) start a new complaint on the BA portal saying that CEDR payment has not been received. The latter allows you raise a separate second CEDR case - which costs BA an avoidable £500 - if they don't pay up within 8 weeks from now. You could also call up since while the contact centre can't handle complaints, they can handle refund queries.
