If you gate check, you pickup at gate in JFK. (It'll have pink tag)

You can ask they check it through at DEN gate. (Itll get a white tage that says PRG but will goto bag belt at PRG, not gate) However as it is a stroller there is good likelihood it'll still be sent up to gate at JFK.
