I just managed a successful online check-in (flights tomorrow). It was very slow and took a number of retries at each stage but got there in the end and now have my printed BPs. I didn't log on to my account - just went straight to the "Manage" ... "Check-in" and entered the locator code and my name.

Perseverance is the key!
