I do feel for their staff - I think their systems frustrate them as much as they do us.
I've worked in a call centre before and it's hell on wheels when the systems go down internally.
Nothing is more frustrating for someone who works in customer service, believe me. Partly because you literally can't do your job and partly because you're about to have a tsunami of people screaming at you like it's your fault and yours alone.
