Having said that, being in Asia, HH is generally still good to Diamonds, but anecdotally I feel more and more hotels lately are being stricter with upgrades (for e.g. many Bangkok hotels now strictly give Golds a 1 cat, and Diamonds a 2 cat upgrade, no more).
