Then there isn't any option for it. As others said. there is no provision for a stopover without 2 separate tickets.

Your options are
  • No stopover and keep the 70k ticket
  • Pay more for 2 tickets DOH-LGW and LHR-IAH (note that you will pay more in APD as you'll be in the UK > 24 hours)
  • Book with BA avios and add the stopover
