Called the guest list number for help with a booking and rather that the usual ID checks, she just started with… I’m really sorry.
And she sounded like I was the hundredth person she’d said that to already and was actually really really sorry!
I had no clue any of these problems were going on, and her opening really caught me off guard so I think I said something like “you ok”…. which elicited a sentence including the word “IT” and other bad words!!!!
Haven’t laughed that much in ages.
I do feel for their staff - I think their systems frustrate them as much as they do us.
