It was great on my flight back to SEA from JFK in C+ with enough food and some to drop off to the kids and wife when I got home. While I couldn't hit the bar, the option was so much more than expected with a tight window to catch my transatlantic flight - thumbs up, I'm a fan.
I also got a chance to try the T4 grab and go and was a fan. Didn't seem like it was getting a lot of use, and a bit awkward to access (had to wait for the door guard agent to stop yelling at some people who were trying to walk in that they needed to get in line...) but easy enough once I got in.
There is an agent who grabs and packages the items for you, so you can't just go Supermarket Sweep on the place, but it seems like (in line with the previous poster) they are generous within reason about how much they let you take. Good options to go healthy (some substantial salads, though only one type on offer when I was there, and snack boxes with things like hard boiled eggs or hummus and veggies, as well as a selection of whole fruits), or less healthy (a selection of packaged cookies and snack bars and the like). Also bottles of water and some soft drinks on offer.
I ended up eating a salad at one of the tables by the windows at a nearby gate, and had a fruit & cheese snack box, water bottle and banana for onboard. It certainly wasn't a luxury experience, but then arguably neither is crowding into the current Sky Club in the afternoon, and it was much healthier fare than I would have easily gotten in the club (and probably anywhere else in the terminal for that matter, never mind that buying similar at a Cibo Express or whatever would probably have cost well over $20 ... actually depressingly probably closer to $30).
