There has never been a dedicated PLT Pro desk AFAIK just a special number which puts you ahead in the queue for regular agents when you call. Many basic agents are clueless so not surprising unfortunately that they had trouble with a SWU request, although I'm curious as to why they said they couldn't apply the SWU (but that's for another thread).
