Well, part of the problem with EVA is a lot of people have gone to Starlux. Remember, JX's Chairman used to run EVA... I think this also explains why people can't get through to their LAX office.... JX will go daily LAX in June, SFO by year end, SEA mid 2024.
Trust me Starlux customer service is non existent and beyond bad. The airline is in a massive financial hole with warnings being issues on a regular basis about the finacial status. They are already cutting parts of the in flight service to save money and the home base lounge is a joke. If they spent 1 % of the time they spend on BS marketing and social media they would be keeping a lot of unhappy passengers from walking.
