Thanks - that lines up pretty much word for word from what QF told me.
Does HA have automated bag drop or do you have to queue for an agent? I have 4:45 between flights, but as it was international I was told that's fine (24 hours for I, 4 for D). I'm hoping the agent doesn't refuse it because they think the 4 hour limit applies. I guess a moot point if it takes me 45 minutes to get through customs and walk to T1.
