However, even though it is refundable, there can be a fee to get refunded and this text shows there is an $800 fee for refund --
"ANY TIME CHARGE USD 800.00/CAD 800.00 FOR NO-SHOW/REFUND."

There are also ANE9OVN1 fares on route which are non-refundable. Updated my post as I was looking at those instead of ANE9AVN1 fare rules above (missed the 'O' instead of the 'A' in 5th letter).
