Question, I have this reward booked:

DOHA -> LGW (Airport Change 3h layover) to LHR -> IAH Business class Award via AA.com for 140k miles. I want to do a 2-3 day layover in London, is this possible and still keep it at 140k redemption? How would I be able to orchestrate that? this is a British Airways partnership, are there better options to look for?

Whats the best way to fly back from DOH/DXB to USA? The BA Surcharge Fees are $350++
