The presentation isn’t very exciting. Just a dish with a lasagna in it. Accompanied by the same old Acela roll and a pudding based dessert with little flavor crystals on top (best way to describe is if you tried to make a creme brulee but then forgot you don’t have an acetylene torch).
That was almost exactly my thought.
[It wasn't a [i]bad dessert - TBH it was better than some they've had in the past. But agreed that it was odd.]
