Data point from today, since connection time seems to be a common question. I had a LAX-LHR-MUC, single ticket, with a 1h40m connection time in LHR.

7:25AM - Flight arrived 5min late due to traffic flow
7:33AM - Aircraft parked at Gate 241, at one of the ends of Gates B. Note: I was the first person to deplane since I was seated by Door 2. Gate B security was also operational but line was 10-12 people deep.
7:43AM - 10min walk to security at Gate A, casual walk on moving walkways, not sprinting
7:47AM - no queues at security and finished in under 5min
7:50AM - arrived at LH lounge
8:30AM - spent 40min in lounge and left to board
8:45AM - doors closed
9:00AM - scheduled departure time, but pushed back 20min later due to traffic
