I’m a UK citizen, received conditional approval for Global Entry this week. I have a business trip later in June, arriving in to IAD, and plan on completing Enrolment on Arrival there. Can I check the following is true:

I should go to the regular non-US/ESTA line upon arrival in IAD and go through regular immigration, then mention to the CBP Officer that I have GE Conditional Approval and would like to use Enrolment On Arrival, correct?

From there, where will I go? The CBP/GE office on the other side of baggage reclaim?

To confirm, there is no other paths at IAD? (I understand some US airports have dedicated lanes/booths for this, but not Dulles?)

Finally, any ideas of wait times for the GE interview on arrival at IAD? I’ll be arriving on a Sunday evening on the BA293 which lands around 8pm EST.
