YES!! I thought I was the only one. As security scanners have become more sensitive, I have been stopped coming and going for the last four years at least. The monitor always shows a red rectangle or triangle at the crotch and then they have to pat me down and feel me up. It’s become a joke in my family. This last March, after being stopped once again and joking with TSA that “I must just have a fabulous and unique vagina.”, it hit me like a ton of bricks that the Essure coil could be the culprit. I mentioned it to the officer and she said she had never heard of that, but it could be possible. I’m going to ask my doctor for a travel note. 😊👍
