Ugh, unfortunately this was not the opinion of the FB customer service. The credits didn't happen automatically and had to be added manually. In an email, I was told: "We inform you as well that the UPGRADES you have paid in the dates of the flights ATL-SCL and SCL-ATL are not eligible to provide you with EXTRA/Higher cabin XP and Miles. You are entitled to XP and Miles as per your PAID ticket MAIN cabin/booking class" (V fare for all legs).

Is there room for debate here? Any documentation/precedents I can leverage to persuade FB to credit me for W instead of V? Goldorak sounded pretty confident about the eligibility for extra XPs.
