If you want to cancel a booking and redeposit, the redeposit is normally instantaneous. I strongly suggest to do all this by calling in. The call centre is much better than the IT system.
yes. I meant booking a Y award. I would do this as it’s less miles for Y with a J upgrade than to use miles for a J award outright.
