award' of 'buy a Y
cash ticket). Why would you book a Y award seat and then use miles to upgrade to J instead of booking a J award seat to start with?
If you want to cancel a booking and redeposit, the redeposit is normally instantaneous. I strongly suggest to do all this by calling in. The call centre is much better than the IT system.
