I am flying Delhi - Miami via LHR Saturday. For the Fly Ready part, all things are done except the system does not save the Attestation Government Form:



When I click submit, it just spins and doesn't save the form. No errors on the screen.

Anybody know way around this?

Are these even needed since US removed vaccination requirement for travelers?
