I lived in Clearwater Beach last year and watched the construction. I was closer to the entrance to the North end of the Beach. I think you're right about location. It's quite a ways south of the pier near the bridge. It's built as mixed use with full ownership units available.

I don't have anything else to offer as I haven't been inside. I was in St Pete two weeks ago and drove over for lunch at Palm Pavilion. We drove past it on the way south down the beach and there were several cars in line with people checking in.
