In the case of DUB-ATL, they are suppressing revenue inventory based point-of-sale. There are a total of 5 seats open in D1 revenue buckets based on US point-of-sale (the same number of seats available for mileage awards), just not ex-EU. The SFO-JFK-SJU case on revenue fares is still all about married segment inventory suppression though.
