Arrow 92 minute LHR T3 to T5 transfer on separate tickets with hold luggage: possible?

Just wondering if someone can provide some thoughts on this:

My business partner is arriving CSX-LHR on HU into T3 today. Currently scheduled to land 22 mins early (set off early as only 24 pax on board) with gate arrival 19:18.

The last BA flight to NCL is at 20:50 so I am considering booking him a seat if there is even a chance he might make the connection (the alternative is a 1 hour trip to King’s Cross then a 4 hour trip to newcastle getting him in at 2am). Annoyingly he brought checked baggage so would have to clear immigration, collect bag and underground to T5 and be at check in desk minimum 45 mins before departure.

So best case scenario he will have approx 45 mins to get off, pass through immigration (Dutch passport) and transfer to T5 check in desk. He’s young and can run! Is this theoretically possible or 0% chance? It’s a few avios and a few £ of company money and it means he will be able to work tomorrow so I am prepared to risk it if there is a realistic chance. What do you all think?

Note: I will check him in online so would just need to use bag drop at T5 (which I presume is still 45 mins cut off)
