I see. And what do you think that someone can do with a steak knife that is so dangerous that it can't be brought onboard a plane? Sure, it's quite possible to kill someone with a knife but that can just as easily be done somewhere completely different without even coming close to an airport. Airplanes can no longer be hijacked by someone wielding a knife or a baseball bat, as they all have secure cockpits.

Regarding the gasoline, I really fail to see how gasoline can be more dangerous than a couple of liters of vodka or whisky.
