Condor trialled selling overhead bin space, I wonder how much fun that was for FAs to enforce

Pretty some smaller airlines in Europe (eg Condor, SAS) only allow a personal item (no carry on) on their Eco light fares. It is only a matter of time till the EU3 will discover this fun source of ancilliary revenue.
