Alright it is a little different but "funny". I am a Presidents Circle member with Hertz. For reasons unknown somehow I lurched on to their DNR list too (do not rent.) No one there could reconcile for me how i could at the same time be one of their best customers and worst customers

. I had two painful denials of service, late night with kids in tow. I think it is all fixed now but only the next rental will say for sure.
I have a colleague with the same situation weekly corp renter, charged to corp card. Fastlane last week was told sorry youre on the DNR. Where did you reach out to hertz to understand why and rectify?
