I've debated between Solgaard, Monos, and Away, and settled on Solgaard, which has the built-in closet system. I didn't end up liking this since I felt like it wasted space on the sides, so I'm looking towards the Monos Hybrid suitcases. I've heard better things about Monos over the other two, but might just be better marketing of Monos.
