The challenge is the lack of Polaris eligible flights (as noted by Lux Flyer) As of today you have LHR X2, FRA X2 (one LH), MUC X2, (one LH), and NRT. The LH FRA flight is sometimes seasonal and in the past for part of the year, there is only one FRA flight a day (either on LH or UA). MUC has been 1X/day in the past. So, you basically have a peak of 4 UA flights and 2 LH flights, with the LH flights departing from the A gates (not convenient to use a B gate Polaris Lounge, if it existed.). They could certainly offer some freebies to Polaris customers in DEN, but I don't see the volume being enough to really carve out space, yet. The Denver Airport would love to have more Int'l flights, so maybe we'll see some additions in the future.
Plus arriving Polaris customers making domestic connections, and customers flying to another gateway for their Polaris flights.
Scott Kirby himself said today that there will be a Polaris lounge on A Concourse.
