Tsa Has A Very Tough Job And Here's Why!

As a TSA screener, I must say that have to deal with alot of crap from passengers. We screen thousands of passengers a day, many of whom don't speak English and don't understand our laws nor do they care to learn them. Three years after Sept. 11, people are still bringing things that they are not supposed to bring to the airport. It is very frustrating as a screener to see people who are so ignorant of everything that is going on in the world right now. Then there are the people who do know better but are trying to get over on us by sneaking prohibited items past us and then play it off like it was an accident. Yes it is our fault that there are numerous signs all over the airport clearly stating what is not allowed beyond the security checkpoints and you all are to stupid, lazy, or illiterate to read these signs, and then these individuals want to blame us, call the news media, file complaints, and even lawsuits against us for doing our job and searching you all thoroughly and catching these dangerous objects, and then if that's not bad enough, everyone thinks that just because you bring a prohibited item through by accident, that you should not be fined. it is the passenger's responsibility to make sure they don't have anything they are not supposed to have. Just because it is an accident does not mean you are not still responsible. People want to falsly accuse us of racism, theft, and harassment. If I had a dollor for every time a passenger accused me of stealing their money or wallet and then finding it in their pocket 2 minutes later, I would be a rich man.
