I have not had a green card, just the platinum and the gold business. Any thoughts why I got this message?

"you are not eligible to receive the welcome offer. In determining eligibility, we considered your history with credit card balance transfers, your history as an American Express Card Member, the number of credit cards that you have opened and closed and other factors."

I just got this message:

Never had the green charge card. Only the gold business and platinum business and personal. Use them often enough. The only non-used card is a DL Gold, that I have not touched in years.
