AC 118 YVR - YYZ on 18-May - WhatsApp worked fine from gate to somewhere over Minnesota and then wouldn't work the rest of the way...logged out, logged back in, re-booted phone, no luck.

Not sure if others have encountered the same, but not the best experience.
