IB often sub the LEVEL configured A330 on LHR rotations so the Premium Economy win doesn't always pan out. It's best to expect economy seating. Service wise its pretty much the same. IB in my experience have a different policy to BA about consuming F&B not purchased on board. To the point it was rude and intimidating.
