Changing flight would require the HKGMNL coupon status to be changed from C (checked-in) to O (open) before being associated with your new flight. An airport agent can easily do that. Whether they will allow it (for free) is the bigger problem. In short, OLCI should not affect it, and you can cancel the OLCI if you need to anyway.
